Pre-entries are available. Postal entries should be sent to Andra Muller at P.O. Box 335, Polokwane, 0700. Entries are also taken on Friday 20 February 2009 between 16h30 and 19h00. Late entries are accepted at the start from 04h45. Grand Masters enjoy free entry.

| Route Description: |
Route Type: Circular
This course is easy, fast and open. It is run mainly through the city. Held early in the year, heat can be a factor. The organisers are aware of this and, consistent with their high level of organisation, the watering tables are well stocked.

| Prizes and Give-Aways: |
| All category winners get gold medals, the next 30 men and women win silver, and all other finishers get bronze medals. The first male and female walkers across the finish line win cash prizes. All finishers in the fun run receive badges. The first 100 entrants for the marathon also receive T-shirts. |
