Route Type: Circular
This is a fast and very flat course around Mmabatho and Mafikeng. There are only two hills to worry about here and both of them are the bridges over the railway lines.

| Cash prizes and medals go to all category winners. Goody bags go to all entrants and caps and shoestring bags to all finishers. There will also be lucky draw prizes. |

Walkers and wheelchair athletes may enter the 10-kilometre race. Allow for a comfortable three-hour drive from Gauteng, either via Ventersdorp/Lichtenburg or Rustenburg/Zeerust.
