Although pre-entries are preferred, entries are taken on the day before the race and at the start on race day. Entries for the half marathon will also be taken at the start venue. Entry forms are available from 1 February 2010. SMS your e-mail address or fax number to Ingrid Kusel to be sent an entry form.

Route Type: Point to point
This is a scenic race; hard and undulating. The first half is mainly downhill, which means a fairly challenging climb on the way back.

| Gold medals and cash prizes go to the category winners. Bronze medals go to all other finishers. T-shirts will be given out as per the sponsor's instructions. |
