| Entry Details: |
Pre-entries are available for the marathon up to a week before the race or at the start from 04h30. Entries for the half marathon are taken at the start.

| Route Description: |
Route Type: Out and back The new scenic route is much faster than the previous course and includes picturesque stretches near the Swaziland border. It starts in Piet Retief at the Rainbow Festival ground and goes out onto the Mahamba Road.

| Prizes and Give-Aways: |
| There are competitive cash prizes for all categories. Category winners receive gold medals. Runners in the marathon who finish within 03:00 win silver medals. All other finishers get bronze. |
