This moderate course starts with a reasonable uphill test in the beginning and ends with a gentle downhill jog, back to the finish venue at the Queens Mall.

| Medals go to all ladies finishing within the cut-off time. Goodie bags go to all the women. Men are welcome but category prizes only go to Women! There will however be a prize for the best dressed man. |
