On the morning of the event, Race Briefing will be streamed from 08h50 on Facebook and Instagram.
The StartGun will be streamed at 09h00.The race clock will start for everyone.
Once athletes have completed their run or ride, they will tag-in with their bib-tag and select FINISH.
